We do offer a 30-day return and exchange policy that begins on the date you received your order. As per our policy we need to be alerted of any issues within 48 hours so that we can process either a refund or exchange. Photo and/or video proof is required to file a claim with the shipping company and the vendor.

Per our records your order was delivered on September 28th, 2023. From that date until the date of your review on November 16,2023 we did not receive any communications about any damage.
We also reviewed the delivery receipt and there was no notation of any damage being noticed at delivery.
Had we received notification, a member of our team would have gladly assisted in getting the matter resolved in a timely manner.
